The place is well-organized and fairly clean, everything is good, it should have higher than 3 star rating. The staff is pleasant, our check-in was quick. Overall very good facilities, there's free parking.

I appreciated best possible location, particularly helpful staff. I had warm, light room. The breakfast was plentiful with plenty of milk, fresh bread, pastries, jam and cheese.

this hotel was good value as opposed to other options. everything was second to none, useful staff and so ideal location. the room was decent and good standard. pool was very clean and beds were comfortable.

Great riverside location, unique building, outstanding food. Hotel was spotless and we had a rather spacious room. The staff were ready to help in all our needs, wonderful team. A comfortable place for overnight stay in Redhill.

This place was very light and the staff was efficient. The reception staff had a very pleasant manner. I got free upgrade and appreciated it. Corporate hotel in a very safe area of Redhill. I used private parking on-site.
